Yoga with a difference.

How Props Help
A yoga prop is any object that helps stretch, strengthen, relax and improve the alignment of the body. It helps sustain the practice of asanas for a longer duration, and conserves energy. The props help retain key movements and subtle adjustments of the body by providing more height, weight and support.
The yoga poses practised with the props allow both action and relaxation simultaneously. It activates the muscles, tones the body organs and relieves mental and physical stress and at the same time relaxes tired muscles. This helps rejuvenate the entire body, without causing physical fatigue.
